LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Origyn LLC (Origyn) warrants that your hand sanitizer dispenser will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use, when cared for according to the product instructions, for a period of one (1) year after the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth below. In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, Origyn will, in its sole discretion, either replace your product with an equivalent product, or provide you with a refund for such product.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty expressly excludes any damage to the product caused by (a) misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accidents, alteration, fire, theft, or acts of God; (b) dents, scratches, or other conditions that occur over time considered as normal wear and tear; (c) modifications or alterations to the product; or (d) accessories, replacement parts, or repair services other than those authorized by Origyn. Without limiting the foregoing, this warranty is void if any hand sanitizer other than the Origyn autospritz liquid hand sanitizer is used through the device.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS BEING PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ORIGYN HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you depending on the state of purchase.
Warranty Claims
If your product fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, visit this link for product care and maintenance self-help, or contact Origyn Customer Service at 510-800-9136 or general@origyn.co. In order to process a claim pursuant to this warranty, please first contact Origyn Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. Products returned without a return authorization number will not be eligible for a refund.
A copy of your dated proof of purchase may be required prior to processing any claims under this warranty. Origyn reserves the right to request photographic proof of the product defect and/or to request that the defective product in question be shipped to Origyn to verify the defect. If a defect is confirmed, Origyn will refund the cost of shipping and handling.
